As a result of her skiing success, Jennifer went on to become a top ski wear fashion model and appeared as a stunt skier in a Sean Connery film. She was also selected as Saks Fifth Avenue's Beauty Ambassador. In Europe, Canada, Los Angeles and New York Jennifer graced fashion pages and runways, offering her a first look at an industry that would forge her destiny.
The Atlanta Journal described her as "one of world's fastest rising stars in evening dresses." Her dresses were regularly requested for use on Star Search, The Guiding Light (on which she made several personal appearances), and The Nanny, as well as in photo shoots for celebrities such as Kathleen Turner and tennis champion Steffi Graf. Her designs have been worn by singers Celine Dion, Mariah Carrey; actresses Mariel Hemmingway, Peggy Lipton, Pamela Anderson Lee; models Carol Alt, Daisy Fuentes, Frederique; Olympic skiers Suzie Chaffe, Ivana Trump and the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson. Ms. Bawden was also invited to show her dresses at the White House.
