We honor Kitty Carlisle Hart, Chairman of The New York State Council On The Arts, and Joseph Papp, Founder of The New York Shakespeare Festival. Our Junior Honoree is Jennifer Bawden, who has served on many charity committees, and whose fashions are now in Bergdorf's.
